1. Returns
You may return most new, unused, and undamaged items within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
Shipping or delivery costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error or the item was defective.
3. Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us before sending it back to confirm availability.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide clear photos of the damage for assessment.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Custom metal works, fabricated parts, clearance items, and products marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

We will provide instructions for shipping or dropping off your item.
Pack the item securely to avoid further damage.
