Shipping Policy

At Hi Tech Metal Works, we strive to process and dispatch all online orders within 2–7 business days or sooner, depending on the nature and complexity of the order. Lead times will always be communicated to customers at the time of order processing. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking email with all the relevant details.

All orders are shipped using our standard 3-business-day economy service. In most cases, deliveries arrive the next business day after collection from our workshop. However, please allow up to 3 business days as delays may occasionally occur. If in doubt, use the tracking links provided to monitor your parcel’s journey.

We also actively monitor delivery progress and will follow up with the courier should delivery exceed the 3-business-day timeframe.

Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear in the courier’s system after your parcel has been collected. If your tracking shows no updates initially, simply wait a little while and try again.
